The star of the
2011/12 Autumn Winter campaign, the model, in Patrick Demarchelier’s shots, wears the
Calvin Klein Naked Glamour collection, the latest line from the American fashion house. As well as the photo campaign, which was shot in New York, Stone also stars in a video: she appears in just lingerie and looking very sexy.
Chosen as
Model of The Year at the British Fashion Awards in 2010, Stone – who was born in the Netherlands in 1983 – is also the face of the 2011-12 autumn-winter campaigns for Calvin Klein Collection, shot by
Mert&Marcus, CK Calvin Klein, shot by
Craig McDean, and CK one Jeans, shot by Steven Meisel.
All the campaigns were developed under the creative direction of
CRK, Calvin Klein Inc.’s internal publicity agency, with
Fabie Baron, the creative director of
Baron + Baron, acting as consultant.
Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela (Xhosa pronunciation: [xoˈliːɬaɬa manˈdeːla]; born 18 July 1918) served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999, and was the first South African president to be elected in a fully representative democratic election. Before his presidency, Mandela was an anti-apartheid activist, and the leader of Umkhonto we Sizwe, the armed wing of the African National Congress (ANC). In 1962 he was arrested and convicted of sabotage and other charges, and sentenced to life in prison. Mandela served 27 years in prison, spending many of these years on Robben Island. Following his release from prison on 11 February 1990, Mandela led his party in the negotiations that led to multi-racial democracy in 1994. As president from 1994 to 1999, he frequently gave priority to reconciliation. In South Africa, Mandela is often known as Madiba, his Xhosa clan name; or as tata (Xhosa: father).
